EVEN THEN\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eearly El Camino donor vehicles were pretty  RARE TO FIND\u003c\/strong\u003e.. I recall with a smile in the back of my mind THOSE DAYS of plenty of early 70's stuff .. and ..\u003cem\u003e this might sound stupid to many people today\u003c\/em\u003e.. but the excitement of finding a really good 1959-66 anything Chevy or Pontiac.. and an El Camino in good order would be the icing on the cake... but life goes on..\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e    While we don't have a huge  El Camino (aka GMC Sprint) population in Australia (we have\u003cstrong\u003e our\u003c\/strong\u003e utes).... as a supplier we've still quietly serviced the non-mainline restorers over the years...  and now we'll make a new supply route  for the US utes parts...  In the coming months we'll develop  the El Camino listings.. some of which is based on obvious needs carefully \u0026amp;  increase current stock \u0026amp; openly price through special availability rather then fantasy stuff..  But we do have more ways to help now then ever ever... in the past, especially for those who regularly use these later model vehicles too...your service parts are already in stock \u0026amp; more to come.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e.... That's all taken care of every day as part of our dispatching service.... \u003cstrong\u003e\u003cem\u003ebut big panels\u003c\/em\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e.. \u003cu\u003ethey need extra help\u003c\/u\u003e.. don't kid yourself parts, especially larger part like panels... don't always simply make it from the US perfect every time either.. but we pack our own airfreight pallets too in the USA.. .. .... like this Hood below or the 1\/4 skins long thinner image box.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTo make up a larger crate.. we do the work at cost around $120 for the 2.5 - 3 hrs it takes to custom crate up \u003cstrong\u003eand include\u003c\/strong\u003e the average of 32 mtrs of timber \u0026amp; Plywood etc..That's just the boxing etc.. not the freight.. which is dependent on your location as you can appreciate. (You can avoid this by having your own freighter pickup the panels and work with them for any handling damage etc.)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e Yes it costs\u003c\/strong\u003e extra.., \u003cem\u003eand it should NOT be necessary \u003c\/em\u003e.. but most Australian transport handlers have NO responsiblity or ethics when it comes to freight loss or damage.. they simply pass the buck and don't give a rats....and it's frustrating.. but so are wrecked new panels.
