This front disc brake kit features new, larger single-piston calipers from the 1969 first-generation F-body models, compatible with multiple years. Engineered for straight forward maintenance using widely available parts, it delivers enhanced braking performance while ensuring a practical and economical upgrade.
Experienced professionals will appreciate that the rotors and pads included are standard GM replacement parts, ensuring ongoing availability as commonly stocked replacement parts. This also helps satisfy regulatory inspection requirements.
Remember.. you need to have 15" rims at least.. not 14's for the disc set up.
All parts, including spindles, full size original style rotors, dust covers & hardware, bearings & seals, hoses, Master cylinder PV valve etc & booster are new.
Select from multiple booster sizes at no extra charge, including 7-inch, dual diaphragm 8-inch, 9-inch, or the standard 11-inch factory-style options to suit your specific needs.
If you decide to switch booster sizes later or discover that the booster you ordered doesn’t fit, be sure to keep it clean and properly stored in its original packaging. Then contact us to arrange an alternative size that better suits your needs. This is especially important for Pontiacs and Chevys with taller rocker covers or when using a Big Block V8.
