5/16-18 x 13/16 x 1/2" hex headed - Washer head bolts
This is AF thread. not pre 1982+ metric.
Often found on inner fenders or coupling a bracket to sheet metal that is already holed.

Packs may be pointed nuts or flat ended but all look the same from the hex head end.
This is primarily for pre-82 AF thread .. not latter metric.
