Compressor: 76-81 Fbd w/ Pontiac 301, 400 & Cam w/SBC

Compressor for SOME.. 76-81 Firebird TA's with the Pontiac 400 V8 or 77-81 301 & 301T  & various Chevy Engines in them - as well as the 76-81 Camaro & Corvette range as shown below.

Service Tip: Once filled with oil, place or hold the new A/C Compressor with the front seal facing down for 1-3 minutes. This will help coat the seal with oil - if this seal is not lubricated before installation, refrigerant may leak.

• Always have a qualified specialist work on your AC. Check oil levels & lublication before starting.... ALWAYS have the compressor systems switches checked for operation BEFORE starting.. or you will bugger this New one up and try for some warrantly claim..which is drawn out.
