Dip stick & Tube: Pontiac V8 66-79 - Chrome
This is a simple Chrome aftermarket set of both the tube and stick for the majority of Pontiac Blocks that are set up without or W ITH Air Conditioning.. meaning the TUBE does NOT bracket onto the AC compressor.
It stands alone.. not upwardly attached to anything.. just sticks out of the Pontiac 1963- 79 era V8 block on the US passenger side as they were..
As GM has discontinued the tube.. this is the most cost effective current alternative, it will NOT replace the 2 peice tube design.
Compare yours & your markings.. (if infact your old one is correct too.....? ) and monitor filling of oil levels.
Length is From base to the cove tube stopper is 44cm + then you have the handle etc.
