    HELP: IF your car is suffering from some type of "mystery rough idle".. and after checking the normal plugs, leads, etc.. have a think HARD about the dissy..

• these are a model series that is prone to dissy corrosion around the base place & pickup coil which is the round thing on the bottom of the distributor plate.. encased in a metal cage.
• This is a common sorta problem..you may never need the help..but if your car is... the later 87-92 series and it's suffering from a seemingly untraceable miss.. this is most likely it.. its the pickup coil in the base of the dissy and its rusted and corroided to buggery.
• ..if so.. simply way is to just get another dissy.
