    NEW Metal precision fitting Cowl Induction Style 2" hood for the

68-69 Chevy Chevelle & El Camino

     All hoods feature a 2" rise on the cowl scoop, have fully detailed inner frames. All factory latch and hinge hardware is used on 69's but on 68's you must use 69 hinges to fit this hood....

     Reason for the hinge change is the pressing and prehole of the hood rail is designed for the 69.. but both 68 & 69 used the same hinge to fender plates.. so its just the hinge to too rails that are different so if you have a 68 .. budget for a 69 set of hinges also.

     Just test fit, adjust anything needed to be adjusted..THEN prime, paint, and bolt it back on!.. not the other way around

  Delivery.. Please note  .. while we'll pack and repack, the roof skins, 1/4's & hoods, wood crate frame them at additional cost as needed ... ... large flat type panels need to transported by the customers own means & account   OR use our TNT  for national delivery & inspect the hood prior to signing off or sign STI.. (subject to inspection) for it as no insurance will cover you otherwise and nor can we.

     Additionally.. we'll often  take on the deliverywith more care then the freight companies ever will... within about a 300km radius of Wollongong NSW ourselves when a weekend delivery is viable for all, but can't do it outside of that sort of range.

Wood crate framing to protect it in transit $132 inc gst)..uses approx 32 metres of timber, plus sheets of ply plus about 2 hrs of skilled labor to make it but.. without it.. chances are delivery carriers will wreck inside a few hours.. &  insurance companies will state factory cardboard containment is "insuffient packaging" and not recognise any claim.
