Lock Ignition: 68 w/ Keys - Many GM

    This ignition lock and key is a 1968 ONLY part. 

    Please do not confuse the ignition lock set with the ignition electrical switch set - You stick the key in the LOCK..   you stick a lock ..into the ignition switch....

• They are separate items. To remove the Lock.. you need to have it in the Accessory position.. then depress the pin located IN THE SMALL HOLE in the front of the lock face..
• This lock is IN the dash, not on the column.... and fits 1968 models ONLY. 
• NOTE:   We try to provide ...exact images where possible and this is an exact image.. which often helps owners prevent issues with wrong parts. ie  older restorations or cars that have had quite a few owners or conversion alternations..
• Some of the locks coming in will have GM logos on they some do not. Ignition locks are a seldom but are commonly WRONG PART complaints that relates to altered wiring or somebody has changed something in the past... .... if possible check or be aware to check early the lock you receive are wanting/ordered against your current one.
