New exterior REMOTE LHS mirror and cable as shown.
This also required the receiver plate trim kit that goes onto the door trim to hold the swival knob in place.
NO RHS Remotes were commercially fitted by GM from 1970 to 81..

Delivery is covered on most non large bulky orders over A$150 (ie hoods, fenders trim kits etc).. when ordered and paid online for supply to a street address within Australia.
