This relay has a number of uses thru various cars.. but is used in this occasion on 1983-89 GM F series & Corvette as the radiator fan & fuel control relay. 5 active splades / Wires - It may..depending on the originality of the old unit.. it may have a number on the top starting with 14088 xxx. or 14078xxx
