It has 8 Teeth . .NOT 6..
(The gear is white for tilt columns generally, as far as we can historically find)
Simple internal parts for the 1969 & newer.. mainly stops being used around 1977 era... NON-TILT steering column.. meaning the ignition lock will be ON the column.
