Spark Plug Leads: Date CODED POINTS spark plug leads - V8 check Year

With these.. its not for all but if wanting original style reproduction Leads for (Points) PRE & Post HEI (coil in top of the distributor cap).

THIS IS FOR POINTS ONLY TYPE CAP.. so the coil is away from the cap.. ie 8 leads for plugs and 1 lead for the coil.

WITH EMBOSSED DATE CODES  for production ...  its actually starts late in the year BEFORE & then the  Quarter of full designated year... this is it.

CURRENTLY it's being listed physically for about 90 individual sets to go that can be done over the years of CHEV Camaro SB & BB, Chevelle SB & BB, Olds, Buick and Pontiac.. then years from as early as 1964 to early 70's.

Codes are typical like this. . 1967  Pontiac V8 Spark Plug Wire KIT choice will be: 

• date@1-Q-67  if a later 67 build.. guided by YOU..
• or in 67 again.. early production leads are 3-Q-66
• So in ordering  EARLY PRODUCTION = means from the year prior late that year.
• In order LATER PRODUCTION = Leads stamped for 3rd quarter of the correct year.
