This is the flexible boot that joins the upper knuckle to the shaft as shown.
Its a PITA to fit.

Across base inner thick section 42mm
Alterative is IF you intermediate steering shaft is not perfect.. replace the shaft..
or patch up the ISS with this boot.. They normally just crack up.
