Just up under the dash.. covers the bolt up to the dash frame of the steering column. NOTE.. that this is for 1970-72 Chevelle / El Camino / Monte Carlo ONLY.. FOR LHD cars....a bit offset so may .. MAY.. not fit various RIGHT HAND DRIVE CONVERSIONS.. but the image is correct. Repro of the original and size and finish with screws. Just for 1970-72 models.
