This is the Intake & Exhaust valve stem seal kit used on all GM V8 Engines both heavy duty GVW standards 305 & 350 V8. Genuine GM Part.
It is not uncommon for the mid to late 80's Chev V8 valve guides to wear somewhat.. puffing a bit of some on start up particularly.
