Water Pump: Chev V8 SB 59-68 SHORT SHAFT
This is a new aftermarket water pump. Comes with gaskets ready to fit.
Fits the standard 59 - early 70's Small Block Chevy fitted to many GM Vehicles.. some of which are listed below... 283, 397, 327 & 350 without too many options hanging off it but with Auto transmission as standard. It is NOT a Pontiac V8 or Olds V8... its for a Chevy.
Every belt driven water pump has a weep hole that might leak a little in the beginning. Some seepege from the weep hole is normal during the break-in period (about 10 minutes), and does not indicate a defect.
Known as the short shaft water pump... standard pump from GM.
