Wiper / Hi beam Switch: 84-89 W/ Tilt *
These are inside the steering column, its where the blinker/wiper arm push into... the high beam works off this and the wipers are TRIGGERED from the internal shaft that is rotated when the wiper switch as the lever is turned.
