This is the SINGLE speed wiper motor..... USA wiper motor for various model 64-64 era GM cars.
To use it you will have a SINGLE speed wiper switch... ie your switch has 2 splade terminals..which looks the same as this switch below.. you need THIS to run THIS wiper motor 2nd image down.
