This is for CHEV V8 with YELLOW BLACK & RED wire..
BEST TO CHECK THE THREE WIRE COLOURS BEFORE ORDERING FROM ANYWHERE
Non Genuine aftermarket Ignition Coil .. for various mainly CHEV V8 from 74 on.
Cheaper part then GM.. carries a 3 month warranty.
This is a lesser used ..but still .. often found..HEI distributor Coil .. the type found in the Dissy Cap on 1974 to mainly '81 GM Camaro, early Corvette & A bodies ( Chevelle/El Camino) .. and on a spread of GM Cars up to about 1986.
IT HAS 3 WIRES as they do.. but colours are:
YELLOW RED BLACK
NOTE.. this has the colours of wires.. of YELLOW.. Black & Red.. .. NOT WHITE, Black & Red.. but Yellow. so if needing one.. check.. it must be correct or you'll have problems.. they both fit.. its just the coil values - that interface with other electrical system parts.
This is for 1974-86 era V8 CHEVY and all RHS (US Passenger side) starter motor.. not LHS Pontiac.. the wire colours are important.
