This is the air scoop baffle that assists in guiding higher volumes of air up into the face of the 87-92 Camaro .. works as a guide to the inlet holes that are on each side of the license plate area.. this baffle sits inside the front reinforcement bar.. then empties out into the scoop which curves up into the face of the radiator.

For one reason another. many cars .. particularly those that have been accident damaged.. have found them missing.
