For the small handle vent cranking.. this is used on various mid - late sixties GM vehicles including the Chevy Belair & Parisienne / Laurentian, right up though to 72 Chevelle, El Camino, Full size, Impala and heaps more where vent or rear side 1/4 windows used a smaller handle.

THIS HAS THE CLEAR KNOB.. harder handle   to get.. Sometimes people mistake clear for faded gold.. meaning theirs is old and fades into a goldie sorta colour.. when originally it was clear.
