During the early years of transition to intermediate wheelbase product lines there had seen massive developments into racing and performance gains that would help shape the decades to come.  The 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix.. a beautifully designed car.. had the power & looks the buyers were looking for ..... and the elegant style.. as did the next two years that shared the B Body Pontiac design.  One only has to look back in the early 60's race books to see the effect the GP was to have historically been recorded.
