This is a US product by "Supercool" AC System Flush.

Its listed to 

• Quickly penetrate and remove oil & contaminants from the AC system.
• Very fast evaporating and leaves not residue in the AC System.
• Non-corrosive and will not harm AC components.

Keep in mind some old systems are that clogged up nothing will bring them back to life.. many modern condensors have such tiny gas coridors that flushing may not be successfull and end up killing a new compressor  due to blockage still.  This is rated as highly Flammable so can not be airfreighted or express posted.

    If in doubt.. get a professional REAL  AC tech onto it. not just a regasser.
