This part has now been discontinued.. but read on if you have a crook handbrake on a Fiero.. there is help...call for details.

1984 - 86 models which all came standard WITH rear disc brakes had an inherent fault with there rear screw type pistons inside the calipers..

  • *** if you have a '84-86 (even some '87 Fiero's ) with DISC BRAKES ON THE REAR &... a your handbrake is crook you could pull up to 70-90 degrees.. - basically pulls near vertical, brake pedal might also seem a bit low.. you need this kit . It's a complete rebuild & service kit, with about A$450 - $500 worth of parts in it at a GM Service reduced price. It contains 2 new pistons, caliper kits, springs washers, retainers etc. everything except disc pads to rebuild both rear calipers. *** '
  • GM Service repair kit is $186+. One kit does one PER CAR Don't bugger around with cables or looking of some magical adjustment.. your wasting your time.. (trust me! )
