You need to cut the LHS starter hole from the pattern. and mount it up . It's NOT the 100% original one but adapted will get the job done and help you pass rego etc. It is the only answer we have for this 403 Olds issue. (if you have a good original spare.. let us know or buy it.. we will spend the US$5,000 odd on tooling and make a few hundred of them. They NEVER were a real seller which is probably why nobody in the USA currently makes them either.)

Olds has the starter on the LHS and the Fuel Pump on the RHS...

Pontiac has the starter on the LHS AND the fuel pump on the LHS

Chev has the Starter and fuel pump on the RHS.. us passenger side.
