This is the Black cover panel AROUND the RHS electric window switch on all 1993-97 Camaros & Firebird TA.. fills the gap around the switch and the hole the switch goes into.

This is used on the Door switch panel... its used by Converters (to RHD) cars to allow for the never made TWIN RHS electric window switch inclusion. To use this just cut away the tab pattern seen on the rear of the panel and insert your switch again.. theres a bit of mucking around to do .. but thats what is done.
