Choose the ECM NEED carefully as the open & up front "NO return policy" exists to protect everybody from returned samples or mucked around with goods....). These are pre-tested.. NO return if somebody even says or suggests it's defective... they are NOT.. Its possible to wreck them on a faulty car like the car that now needs it.. so its not possible to LEND ECM's out for ultimately testing yours etc, if you need to get a "tester".. see if somebody will lend you theirs etc.... This is to protect everyone.
