For Disc brakes on the front and Rear... if you own a 1979 or 1980 Firebird.. specifically.. this is correct..... (THIS FITS 1980 TA TURBO CARS ALSO....) or have a retro fitted rear disc brake set up from those years on your 2nd generation F body... this is the correct Cast Iron master cylinder..
If this is a retro fitment.. if somebody has fitted rear dis'sc.. be aware the proportioning valve is also different to a DRUM REAR PV.. and should be changed found here:
NOT for 1981 Turbo cars - 1981 Turbo TA has the plastic resevior and different master completely....specifically they had a different direction pipe outlet.. .. although with some conversions to RHD.. these have been used with pipe changes....ON SOME.. SOME.. not all... look at the pictures.. then look at yours.. now look at the pictures.. and so on.... Some converted cars switched the pipe sides to allow more room for the Turbo system... .. which is a pain in the butt.. .. but this only concerns 1981.. but not all..
If your car is RHD... Probably the best thing to do is just see which side the brake pipes come out.. and also look at the listing & actual picture here also for "Brake Master Cylinder 1981 TA Turbo"
