This is the headlamp as shown for any of the 82-92 Chevy Camaro & used on various other US GM Cars needing a whats commonly noted as a 5" wide headlamp.. but is 4.5 inches (roughly 11.43cm)
They are Low beam outers or High beam inners in there locations on the car...... they do not interchange on purpose.
LOW/ High beam outers has 3 terminals each.
High beam INNER head have 2 terminals each
You would need 4 if changing them all.
They're a sealed beam headlamp.
What is listed HERE.. is the USA LHD headlamp...... The Low Beam is an opposite side of the road reflecting headlamp.... High beam is normal LH or RH drive.... the Low Beam does NOT service the normal proper needs of our side of the road LHS of the road driving ... .. but some people do not know this and use them anyway or it does not concern them...as they are cheap.
When these cars are converted to RHD and brought up to ADR Spec's.. the low beam at least are changed as part of the conversion.
If you want the low beam lamps that reflect correctly.....drop into a Supercheap or like general parts store and check out the lamps for say earlier Sigma or Corolla or any of the early twin rectangular Australia registered replacements.
- Otherwise .. ..these are cheap and fit.. and you might be able to adjust them enough to get away with rego and .. but will be less then 100% perfect in the need for real clear forward vision on Australian or NZ roads. Although much more expensive then ours... if you get the Low Beam . .you might well get the high beam also so they all match up.
