Round tinterior lens.. very common on Australian  / NZ built  4  door sedans.. Used a chrome tin surround to hold its edges into place.

These come in a White or Ivory lens.. ..

AND.. if you get really excited by this.. we also have now LED small bayonet bulbs that fit the interior light.. brighter and use less power .
