Wiper switches are a problem on Camaro's as stocks of the different types have pretty much run out as new parts..

This is a very good used working 79-81 Switch for cars with DELAY Wiper..  Three wires. Dark Pink, off white wiring... and dial face as shown.... all in very neat condition.

This is used.. but really nice features.. not old and scuffed like most.
