This is as shown works on 69-95 GM steering columns.. tightening up the lower 25.4mm steering column shaft &  tube, which is most all wtih the . 

Can be fitted without taking the column out of the car.. by removing the intermediate steering shaft and getting to the end of the columns tube that way.
