T&C's: Please ensure you are comfortable with all our Terms & Conditions - here are some quick links to key sections:
(a) All prices are in Australian dollars (A$) sold globally. Only Australian Taxes (10% gst) is added at check out for Australian Delivered orders. (This is an international website. Prices EXCLUDE YOUR COUNTRIES VAT, GST OR other taxes on product face value.
(b) Price Changes: All prices are subject to change without notice
(c) International Orders: If outside Australia, you pay whatever tax your country levies on its arrival. It is a WWW site viewable & servicing anybody worldwide. Most European & Middle Eastern sales subject use of Western Union.
(d) Payment all via Paypal if placed online and - it's secure. We do MANUAL payments only via the phone only. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card details and check out pages are encrypted (ie https) for everybody's protection.
(e) Large transactions: may involve additional screening or the need for the Use of direct bank deposits or the like of Western Union from countries with high chance of credit card fraud..
(f) Purchasing & refunds: You may buy goods offered online by completing the order form available on our website. You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with consumer laws. We may cancel orders at any time just as you can, too.
To purchase from us, you must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store. Once you submit an order, you can cancel it. If dispatched already, returned goods must be unopened, unused, exactly the same and without damage or alteration, within 14 days of receipt.
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged plus any freight out charges. No Return on electrical, printed material, or especially imported product or product tampered with, deconstructed or damaged.
