Just the stud as shown.. found on late 60's to early 70's GM .. when fitted with factory '69-72 type rotors.
Fitting up to 67-9 Camaro & Firebird and most aftermarket factory style rotor stud needs.but check yours first.
Has a long shank to start off with.
For DISC brake cars .. not drum.
.. so many cars have had disc conversions but from Holden HQ, Chevy's...customs rotors & god knows what else too..
7/16-20 Serrated Wheel Stud; 1-5/16 length
Check if its right first.
