Check if your have a late 60's to mid 70's door lock need. .that you have the right locks fitted or are asking for the right ones.. to duplicate the lock rod retainers and other needs.

There is is in some year series two types of locks.. and there is cars around with doors having been changed or resto done that have TWO different types of lock shanks.. The Lock Pawl attaches to the shank and there is at least 4 different depths of pawls used..

Otherwise. just go on your exact year and model . and probably it will be right. .but one in 5 are generally not.
