The differences between trim levels vary from model to model.. most 1960's to say 1981 era had fairly distinctive identifiers.
There the 1967-68-69 GM "F body" .. or Firebird and Camaro as they are known.. had two.. "Standard or Deluxe".
Here is a simple visual that might help restorers ongoing identify what they have. This is important for correctly ordering not just door trims.. but handles.. window felts & trim moldings, mechanisms & even things like regulators etc.
