Fuel Filler neck rubber insulator used on most mid to late 60's and GM E  & C bodies to around 1976.  So say a 60's Chev or Pontiac.. especially USA manufactured PMD cars..  Chevelles., Various  Caddies and more.. anything except cars with welded in clamps on the top edge of the fuel filler neck.
